1. Made-to-Order Products

All items are made to order. This means we start production once you place your order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or misprinted. Please review sizing and product details carefully before ordering.

2. Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order is submitted, it is sent to production quickly. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after the order is placed. If you need assistance, contact us at support@yazuh.co as soon as possible.

3. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control. Yazuh & Co. is not responsible for delays once a package is in transit.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

6. Pricing & Availability
