Return & Refund Policy

At Yazuh & Co., each item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect sizing, color preference, or general dissatisfaction.

Damaged or defective items:
If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item, and we will send a replacement at no cost to you.

Refunds:
Refunds are only issued in cases where a replacement is not possible or the item is lost in transit and confirmed by the shipping carrier. Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
